TYSON FURY’S STUNNING TRANSFORMATION LEAVES EXPERTS IN SHOCK BEFORE USYK REMATCH!

Tyson Fury’s physical transformation based on avocado and baked potatoes

‘Gypsy King’ wants to look much better ahead of the rematch against Usyk and has been on a diet to do so. He consumes 6,000 calories a day

The exciting rematch between Tyson Fury and Oleksandr Usyk is here. Both fighters are in Riyadh and yesterday they took to the ring separately for a public ‘workout’. The ‘Gypsy King’ offered a quiet, humble and cautious profile compared to his usual way of being. We don’t know if this is good or bad, but his head down and his lack of desire to put on a show drew attention.

Interestingly, he doesn’t seem as threatening as when he grabs a microphone, occasions he always uses to ‘threaten’ his opponent. Yesterday he repeatedly used the terms “pain”, “a lot of damage” and “serious damage”. The champion, although he may seem like a more serious guy, seems quite comfortable with everything around him.

Fury was wrapped up and did not show his figure. However, in recent weeks he has uploaded some photos to social media and he looked just as burly as ever, although in better shape. His trainer, SugarHill Steward, has assured that his pupil “weighs the same as always, but is stronger”. The trainer says that the English fighter has also improved his mobility and will be at his best against ‘The Cat’.

For his first duel with the Ukrainian, the Briton weighed 119 kg and this time he is playing the fool. However, to improve his condition, the ‘Gypsy King’ has followed a calorie-rich diet, according to ‘Net World Sports’. The diet of several sportsmen who have reached the top of their sport was studied and compared. Fury, despite being 2.06 metres tall, consumes almost half the calories of Michael Phelps (11,042). ‘Gypsy King’ has ‘only’ required a diet of 6,082 calories per day. However, he is surpassed by weightlifter and double Olympic champion Lasha Talakhadze (8,302). Marathon runner Eliud Kipchoge consumes 3,077, although his diet is by far the richest in carbohydrates (66%).

Fury’s meal plan includes 638 grams of carbohydrates per day, which many days come from 17 roasted potatoes. The fats (266 g) are often covered by the consumption of 11 avocados. The Manchester boxer also requires a high percentage of protein (475 g), something he begins to cover for example with the five eggs he has for breakfast, with oven-baked chicken breasts with barbecue sauce being his biggest source in this section
