How Bold and the Beautiful Messed Up Poppy’s Character

Poppy has become public enemy number one on The Bold and the Beautiful. The revelation about her past with Finn was shocking, but it’s caused many fans to turn against her. Although characters can always be redeemed, Poppy might have no hope.

When Poppy (Romy Park) debuted on B&B, she sparked intrigue. She was written as a flawed single mother trying to do right by her daughter, Luna (Lisa Yamada). Poppy had a reputation as a wild child, always getting into trouble, which angered her sister, Li (Naomi Matsuda).

At first, fans were supportive of Poppy and believed Li should give her sister a second chance. However, once Luna’s paternity storyline began, the fan support shifted.
