Romy Park Enjoyed Poppy and Jack Confronting Li on Bold and the Beautiful
Romy Park posted how she enjoyed teaming up with Jack to prove Li wrong once and for all.
Now that Jack has been ruled out as Luna’s father on The Bold and the Beautiful, Poppy’s not out of the woods yet. The identity of Luna’s bio-daddy remains in question, and no one is worrying more than Finn who had a dalliance with his aunt when he was in college. Considering it seemed that once Luna was revealed to be a murderer, and Bill and Poppy were kaput, fans thought Romy Park’s time as Poppy was over. But her story continues with fans speculating that Poppy and Jack will finally hook up, and the actress couldn’t be happier.
She Loved Proving Li Wrong
An ecstatic shared what looks like Poppy giving her sister the side-eye on Instagram. Her caption revealed her exuberance: “Most people have ‘AH-HA’ moments. I just have ‘Oh for the love of God, are you kidding me?!’ moments. I had so much fun in character that day, siding with @officialtedking ‘s Jack against @naomimatsudaofficial ‘s Li.”
Park was referring to the scenes in which Li (Naomi Matsuda) forced her ex-husband Jack (Ted King) to take a paternity test to see if he was Luna’s (Lisa Yamada) father. Li accused her sister Poppy of having an affair with Jack 20 years ago which resulted in Luna. But Poppy and Jack were insistent that they never slept together when Poppy was living as a caretaker with Li and Jack when they were married. Park really enjoyed those scenes where she finally proved the judgmental Li wrong, and learned why Li was so mean to her for decades.
Some Fans Are on Poppy’s Side
The fans weighed in on whether or not Li’s adopted son Finn (Tanner Novlan) could be Luna’s dad, and most were grossed out by the aunt/nephew connection, even if they’re not biologically related. One fan asked, “Is Finn the Father 😂 if u can tell us,” and Park replied with an unsurprisingly cryptic answer: “🤷🏻♀️ 😂😂😂💙.”
Another fan took Poppy’s side in the matter with, “I mean just because you slept with your adopted nephew is no reason for your sister to be so unreasonable and dramatic ❤️ Team Poppy!” Park’s response was, “@hsiazam at least there is one person on that team now 😂 my alter ego thanks you 🙏🏼💙.” And one fan noticed Poppy’s reaction to the whole paternity test scene, reacting, “Great scenes and I was here for the side-eye!”
