Joe Rogan shares depressing three-word reaction after dreaming of ‘magic’ Jake Paul vs Mike Tyson result
The UFC commentator and popular podcaster was among the 65 million people who tuned in to watch Jake Paul box Mike Tyson during Netflix’s first foray into combat sports on Friday night.
‘Iron Mike’ was written off by many after announcing he’d return to the ring at 58 years old, especially as he’d been booked to face someone more than three decades his junior.

However, some believed he could spring an almighty upset in his first pro fight since 2005.
Joe Rogan was openly rooting for Mike Tyson to roll back the years against Jake Paul.
“I’m getting ready to watch this Tyson vs Jake Paul fight like I’m watching someone cast a spell that I hope actually works. And I don’t really believe in magic. But I want to believe,” he tweeted pre-fight.
Unfortunately for Rogan, the spell didn’t work and Tyson lost a lopsided unanimous decision in his comeback, which prompted the MMA icon to return to X – formerly known as Twitter – with a three-word reaction.
Rogan wrote: “Magic isn’t real”
The 57-year-old hasn’t said anything else about the matchup that seems to be the last for Tyson.
