While there has been no announcement of the fight as of yet, fans will be desperate to get the final news as soon as possible. It will be an opportunity to witness the Irishman back in action after so long. However, McGregor is currently under contract with the UFC and will first require their permission to get into the fight with Logan Paul.

The 29-year-old YouTuber-turned-WWE star is much larger than the Irishman, leading many to question if he stands a chance in their upcoming bout. According to Welch, Logan’s physique appeared to have slimmed down a bit compared to the 200+ pounds he used to carry in his time in the WWE. However, according to Welch, his current size might not work in his favor during his fight with McGregor. He also pointed out that both Logan Paul and McGregor are likely walking around at similar weights, which puts the Irishman in a favorable position heading into the bout. He said, “That’s an interesting fight, though… 10 3-minute rounds. Logan Paul’s probably going to be bigger. I wonder what weight. Maybe at 185,” Welch added. “Logan could probably make 180. Conor McGregor looks like he’s walking around ’85 or ’90… I think Conor would beat him.”
