Jake Paul shuts down Tommy Fury after rival made rematch demands
YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul has angrily responded to Tommy Fury after the Brit demanded his rival call him about a rematch.
The two social media stars went toe-to-toe last year, with Fury going on to hand ‘The Problem Child’ the first loss of his professional career – winning via split decision in Saudi Arabia. Fury returned to the ring late last year and defeated KSI on points and was due to take on Darren Till next month but pulled out of the fight last week.
‘TNT’ has now taken to social media and confirmed he is interested in a rematch with Paul – providing the American talks ‘serious numbers.’ “Right, so I’ve just woke up and seen Logan Paul talk on his podcast yet again about how I don’t want to fight Jake and that I’m running scared. I’ve seen Jake tweet the other day about how he offered me x,y,z on Netflix. I just wanted to come on here and say that no one here is running from this fight,” Fury said.

“I’ve beat you once already, I handed you your first loss. The minute you stepped in there with a real boxer… you lost fair and square. I can give you a second loss, that’s not a problem. But let’s talk some serious numbers down the phone. If you want to get touch, you know where I am. It’s as easy as that. I can come back after a year and beat the pair of you. At the end of the day, if you want to fight, let’s talk some serious numbers… you know where I am.”

Over the years, both Paul and Fury have traded barbs online on multiple occasions. While it seemed that the pair settled their dispute in the ring, it appears as if both men are open to yet another fight. ‘The Problem Child’ is very active on his social media accounts and was quick to respond to Fury’s demands. Taking to X – formerly known as Twitter – the 27-year-old posted: “What absolute muppet. Buddy you just pulled out of a fight for the 3rd time. You have ZERO credibility. I offered you $8M dollars and you ran away from it. And now you got dumped by Molly, getting sued by DAZN and still can’t call a shot without your dad. GTFOH.”
