Conor McGregor vs Logan Paul in doubt as YouTube star makes WWE vow
Logan Paul has been heavily linked with a boxing bout against Conor McGregor, but the YouTube star has now claimed that he is dedicating his life to WWE.
Logan Paul has dealt Conor McGregor a significant setback as their potential boxing matchup is now in question; the American influencer revealed his current focus is entirely on WWE.
Back in December, it was rumored that the Irish fighter was in negotiations to square off with the elder Paul brother.
On X, previously known as Twitter, McGregor clarified: “The rumours of a bout with Topuria are false. I am in preliminary agreements with the Ambani family to face Logan Paul in a boxing exhibition in India. I have agreed. I will then seek my return to the Octagon”.

Anticipated to generate a colossal $250 million, the boxing exhibition would be hosted at Mumbai’s Wankhede Stadium, traditionally a cricket ground.
The erstwhile two-division UFC champion McGregor has also sent cautionary words to Paul, suggesting the bout may materialize this year.
Despite the looming possibly lucrative event, Logan Paul seems disinterested in returning to the boxing ring, focusing his pursuits on a wrestling career with WWE. At 29, Paul made an appearance at WWE’s premiere on Netflix last night, but did not participate in a match.
In a surprising turn, ‘The Maverick’ opened up about his future during a pre-taped promo. Despite not being in action, he declared his full commitment to becoming a WWE ‘superstar’.
“But you know what really must keep you up at night? I’ve been so good at this,” he proclaimed. “And now, I’m dedicating my life to this. No more side hustle. No more ——–. 100 per cent WWE superstar. This is the beginning of the era of Logan Paul!”.
